The year is 1928, at the height of the romantic 20's. Beautiful American heiress, Dale Gordon (BROOKE SHIELDS) arrives in the Sahara to fulfill her late Father's dying wish - to enter his Gordon-Packard Desert Racer in the Sahara world rally and win. As only men are allowed to enter, Dale disguises herself as a man and sets off across the treacherous Sahara, where thundering Arab tribes are clashing in a bloody battle and their Sheikhs, greedy for Dale's beauty, fight to possess her.
