Again, Kolchak discover that the police are suppressing an important fact - each victim had small amounts of blood extracted from the brain with a syringe. Kolchak, with the aid of a researcher Mr Berry (WALLY COX) finds that similar murders have taken place in Seattle Using a belly dancer, Louise Harper (JO ANN PFLUG) as bait, Kolchak decides to expose the killer ON HIS OWN!
