Leopard in the Snow

Escaping north for time to think out her confused emotions, Helen is forced to abandon her car in a raging blizzard and seek shelter in a remote house with a recluse and his prowling leopard. She recognises him as former world-class racing drive, Dominic Lyall, who shut himself away following a bad injury in a fearful crash. Despite Lyall's rebuffs, and uneasy relationship develops. When she finally leaves to return home and the pressure of her parents who are eager for her to enter into a marriage of which she is uncertain, she realises she loves Lyall. Here efforts to be reunited build into a climax of emotion.
