The 2 hour video by Martial Arts expert Chris Biffen sets out to teach women of all ages a simple way to defend themselves. The moves have been specially devised by him and form a part of his self defence technique for women called "Hit Back". In this tape the moves are demonstrated, and taught to students, showing in detail how women can combat sexual attack from the three most common positions - standing up, sitting down and lying down. These three positions are subdivided where necessary to include attacks from the front, the side or behind. Throughout the programme Chris reiterates that many women are raped because they, through ignorance, do not offer any planned resistance and they lack the RIGHT MENTAL ATTITUDE to the situation. Having dealt with this in detail, the final section is called Street Craft and sets out to show women how not to get themselves into some of these situations in the first place. The programme is introduced by Gaye Search, one woman who believes that women should Fight to protect their sexuality and Fight To Win.
