Funeral in Berlin

Harry Palmer didnt know whose funeral it would be - he hoped it wouldn't be his! This film is the well paced sequel to THE IPCRESS FILE again featuring Michael Caine as Harry Palmer, the ex-army corporal, who unwittingly serves as a spy for Her Majesty rather than serve a long stint behind bars. The assignment takes Palmer to Berlin where he is to extricate a Russian general who want's to defect. Accepting the assignment against his better judgement, he arranges for an escape plan which includes a fake funeral-but they transport the wrong body out of Russia.
