Sleeve Sypnosis:
Huang Hsiao Lung, a disciple of superstar Bruce Lee, comes from the United States to inherit a Manual on Finger Techniques bequeathed by his master. He is pursued by Hsiao Lung, a kung fu gangster, who comes with his accomplices to Hong Kong in search of it. Interpol agents also follow to collect vital evidence against Lei. Huang Hsiao Lung learns from his master's ex-girlfriend Lumana that the manual is in the hands of Bruce's former friend, an old man named Hao. Meanwhile, Huang's sister Hsiao Chu is kidnapped by Lois accomplices and forced into prostitution. She is rescued by Hsiao's friend, Fang Lieh-min. Hao, who is in the hands of Lei's men, refused to reveal anything about the manual. Lei then captures Hsiao, but he is rescued by Fang and his friend and taken to the secret place where the manual is kept. Huang starts practising kung fu according to the Manual, and makes remarkable progress. Meanwhile, Lei captures Lumana and Hsiao Chu hoping to exchange them for the Manual, but both girls escape from their cell. Huang assists Interpol in their search for evidence against Lei. In a series of amazing kung fu fights Hsiao Lung's new finger manoeuvres defeat Lei, who is finally brought to justice.
