Thunderball

Emilio Largo hijacks a vulcan bomber and gives Britain two days ransom of £100million in uncut diamonds. As the vulcan has two atomic bombs onboard, Largo threatens to decimate a major western city unless his demands are met. Only James Bond, recuperating at a health clinic, has a lead.
