MOVERS & SHAKERS is a comedy that takes the lid off the world of films. Making movies has always been a slightly deranged process that tests the courage, imagination and sanity of everyone involved. Take Joe Mulholland (Walter Matthau) for instance; he's a studio executive whose dying boss has given him a title "Love In Sex".......ridiculous! Herb Derman is the screenwriter who has the tricky and uneviable task of writing the story. The problem is that Herb's own love life is non-existant! But Joe and his "creative" team battle bravely through the ups and downs, of bringing "Love In Sex" to the big screen.
