The back streets of Los Angeles are a breeding ground for rival gangs. Yong, a master warrior in the martial arts, establishes himself as a leader of one such gang. His reputation grows and very shortly the underworld uses his skills for their own protection. Being a warrior of honour Yong soon turns his 'friends' into enemies and is forced to battle against a continuous stream of mean contender in or to keep crown as King of the L.A. Streetfighters.
