Arizona, 1935. Five men ride across the desert driving 400 horses they have stolen from the US Army. Where they are headed and what they will do is unknown. All they know is they could not watch the horses die. Led by Regimental Sgt. John Patrick Libbey (DON JOHNSON - Miami Vice, Guilty As Sin) and 1st Lt. Marshall Buxton (CRAIG SHEFFER - A River Runs Through It, Sleep With Me), the men have defied a direct order by General Douglas MacArthur to take hundreds of horses to Mexico and destroy them as part of the Army's modernisation programme. The rebellious band of soldiers is driving the horses from Sonora, Mexico, into the western United States in a mutinous attempt to save them. With little food or water and harsh weather, the men must fight against time and the elements to stay one step ahead of MacArthur's newly formed tank and mechanised army division, which is in hot pursuit with orders to shoot to kill...... Also starring ROD STEIGER (The Specialist, On The Waterfront), and GABRIELLE ANWAR (Scent Of A Woman), 'IN PURSUIT OF HONOR' is the TRUE STORY of men who risked everything for their beliefs.
