George and Mildred
Precision

Sleeve Sypnosis:
The most unlikely couple ever to make the big time, George (Brian Murphy) and Mildred (Yootha Joyce), leave behind their uppercrust neighbours Jeffery (Norman Eshley), his wife Ann (Shelia Fearn) and son Tristram (Nicky Bond-Owen ), to tread through new and hopefully romantic pastures. It is their wedding anniversary, and Mildred is determined to celebrate in style, though it is questionable whether George remembers he is married, let alone celebrate that fact. In all innocence they find themselves in an underworld of crooked businessmen, shady casinos, hoods and conmen and for George the sexual temptations of beautiful women, for Mildred champagne and roses. Co-starring Stratford Johns as Pinto, an unsavory Mr Big; David Barry as his keen, but none too clever, nephew Elvis; Kenneth Cope as a 'hit' man whose aim never fails-on the wrong target. Sue Bond plays the curvacious blonde playmate in the tycoon empire whose confidence and reputation is surprisingly shattered after her encounter with George.
