THERE'S no room and no need for reliable old work horses when a cold-hearted mine owner decides to push his operation into the modern age. So an unlikely trio of horse-loving children band together to try and save the mine ponies from destruction in a daring rescue that's doomed from the start. Only near-disastrous mine shaft accident can persuade the callous owner of the horses' timeless value. Filmed on location at historic English sites.
