Stand by your beds! The Carry On team have taken over County Hospital! Frankie Howard and Kenneth Williams head the cast in this, the 13th Carry on caper, created by the legendary Rogers/Thomas/Rothwell partnership. When quack faith healer Francis Bigger falls off the stage at the Village Hall and lands on his back in the County Hospital, he joins a motley collection of patients looked after by a far from reassuring team of doctors and nurses supervised by a big dragon of a Matron. Only when the patients revolt to further the romance between Dr Kilmore and Nurse Clarke (Jim Dale and Anita Harris) - much to the dismay of the staff.
