Babylon 5 Vol. 23: A Day in the Strife/Passing Through Gethsemane

Staffed by a human crew headed by Captain John Sheridan, the huge BABYLON 5 space station is host to an uneasy alliance of the galaxy's leading races. A DAY IN THE STRIFE "I carried my sword in my hand - you carry yours in your heart and mind" As the genocide of the the Narn race at the hands of the Centauri continues, two eimssaries from the Narn homeworld arrive to repatriate G'Kar. As leader of the Narn Resistance, G'Kar has a harsh choice: abandon the cause and stay to see the murder of all the families of any Narn still on board Babylon 5. Meanwhile, the command crew are confronted by a bizzare alien Doomsday probe orbiting Babylon 5: It will detonate and obliterate the station in 24 hrs unless they can answer a complex intelligence test. Is the probe all it seems, or is there a deeper purpose to it's threat? PASSING THROUGH GETHSEMANE What is the black rose and why is Brother Edward haunted by visions of ghastly murders and a smiling killer? When these disturbing visions reveal grotesque and unpleasent truths about his former occupation, his very life and sanity are put in danger. Suspicion also surrounds Lyta Aexander, the station's former telepath, who reappears after 2 years claiming to have visited powerful Vorlon empire.
